COURT SUPERVISOR OFFICER
Become a Court Supervisor Officer (CSO), CSOs play a vital role in ensuring Surfcoast Basketball Association competitions are safe, enjoyable and well organised.
A CSO is on duty at every competition venue each game night to support players, coaches, referees and spectators, while helping the competition run smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and packing down courts and equipment
- Keeping games running on schedulE
- Ensuring the correct equipment is available for each court
- Assisting with spectator management and promoting a positive game-day environment
- Providing basic first aid assistance where required
- Supporting referees and SBA staff with general competition operations
CSOs are often the first point of contact on game night and play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for everyone involved.
